Description: We were responsible for the traffic, air quality, and noise analysis for the design/build project. We collected traffic data and developed traffic forecasts and diurnal data for air quality and noise analysis. CAL3QHC was run for CO analysis. MSAT and particulate matter was also addressed. The TNM Model was run for the build conditions. Berms and barriers were recommended to mitigate noise impacts. Three noise barriers were designed for construction. VDOT reviewed and approved the analysis and the reports.
