Description: We conduct this study for MWAA as a subcontractor to Stantec. Tasks included review of available traffic data and collection of new traffic data. Traffic data collection consisted of turning movement counts at intersections along the Toll Road, as well as 24-hour counts using portable machines. The counts also included mainline Toll Road counts using non-intrusive technology. We reviewed TIP and LRTP projects that would impact the Toll Road. This data was used to calibrate the travel demand models.
